Tubular Structures International, LLC is a joint venture between three companies with decades experience in Steel Sourcing and Procurement, Engineering and Design, Fabrication and Welding, and Industrial Coatings.
Metal One - is a division of Mitsubishi Corporation. Headquartered in Tokyo, Metal One is the largest steel trading and investment house in the world. With over 200 bases of operation in over 80 nations, Metal One brings a vast resource of steel sources and supply channels to the joint venture. Through this connection, TSI has the ability to procure and finance steel products economically on a scale few other fabricators can match.
With its investment portfolio, Metal One also lends TSI the ability to adapt to new products and markets based on its core expertise in tubular structures. Growth to accommodate additional product lines and production processes is possible when deemed advantageous.
Mid AM Towers – formerly RTLC Piping Products, Mid Am brings years of management and craftsmen experience manufacturing large tubular structures, especially very large diameter pipe and fittings. Notable projects produced by Mid Am are the expansive piping projects for post Katrina New Orleans flood relief, 168” manifolding and pipeline reaches for Dallas Water Utilities, Lake Meade intake facilities and pump stations for the Southern Nevada Water Authority, and emergency water supply piping for post war Baghdad, Iraq.
Mid Am also brings tremendous experience to the joint venture in applying industrial coatings; including hot applied plural component urethanes, high heat resistant coatings, and super abrasive resistant coatings. Expert knowledge of SSPC and NACE specifications allows TSI to apply coating to its products in house without the need for our customers to ship their products elsewhere for completion.
